Sabiha: Don't you take good food?
Fardin: I hardly have an appetite for food.
Sabiha: Do you exercise regularly?
Fardin: No.
Sabiha: I think that's the reason for your problem.
Fardin: How? Is physical exercise so necessary for us?
Sabiha: Of course! Exercise is the systematic movement of limbs of our body. It's essential to keep our body fit.
Fardin: That means - without taking exercise I can't keep fit, right?
Sabiha: Exactly! Regular exercise keeps our blood circulation normal. It keeps us away from diseases. It makes us strong and active. Again, it ensures sound sleep.
Fardin: Is that so? I must exercise regularly from now on.
Sabiha: Remember, a sound mind lies in a sound body. So, if you want to be mentally fit, you must take exercise regularly as it can ensure you a sound body.
